城市土地利用时空结构演变的驱动力研究

Driving Forces of Spatio-temporal Structure Evolution for Urban Land-use

以广州市海珠区近11年来与城市土地利用有关的社会经济统计数据为依据,在GIS分析基础上利用主成分分析方法,分析该区土地利用变化的总体趋势和驱动因子,找出一些具有代表性的、不改变系统基本规律的主要因素进行分析,以达到利用少数变量来分析整个系统目的。分析结果表明:影响该区土地利用的主要因素为经济发展动态因素和社会系统因素。

Based on GIS and principal components analysis,the statistic data of social economy related to urban land_use from 1991 to 2001 in the Haizhu district of Guangzhou are analyzed for determining the primary factors influencing spatial_temporal structure evolution of urban land_used.The results show that economic development and social system change are the major factors affecting land_use in the studied district. The result will benefit the planning managenent of urban land_use of developed districts in China in the future.
