摘要
通过对业务流程重组理论的介绍,认为正确的BPR方法论,是图书馆进行业务流程重组成功的关键,提出了图书馆业务流程重组的方法与步骤。
By the introduction of the theory - the library Business Process Reengineering(BPR) and its methods and prodecure, the author considers the proper methodoly of BPR will lead to the success of the library BPR.
