"共享工程"作为一项国家级的公益性文化创新工程,由于科技含量比较高,需要一定的经费投入,在实施过程中,必然会遇到一些问题和困难。文章以江苏连云港地区基层中心建设为例谈探讨基层中心建设中存在的问题与对策。

As a revolutionary cultural project on a national and social scope,the 'sharing project' contains a rather high technological element,thus needs a certain amount of funding.During the process of implementation,it is bound to encounter some problems and difficulties.This article is going to discuss about the existing problems and possible solutions during the process of the construction of the elementary centers,using the center in Lian yungang,Jiangsu as an example.
