演化经济学的结构-过程分析法及其启示

The structure-process method of evolutionary economics and its enlightenment

文章认为演化经济学所要解决的问题是有序与无序、稳定与创新、必然与偶然的统一与矛 盾关系,而结构-过程分析框架对于解决这一问题有一定的借鉴意义。结构-过程分析包括结构性约束、 行为主体、社会互动和历时动态分析与结果四个基本要素。这种分析方法既强调行为主体受到结构性因素 的制约,同时也强调行为主体所具有的能动性。而演化的结构-过程分析方法下的经济政策的制定也要同 时考虑到这两个因素的作用。经济政策的影响来自为结构与行为主体之间提供特定的、新的互动与关联方 式。

The article considers that the problems the evolutionary economics wants to solve are the unification and contradiction of order and disorder,stabilization and novelty,as well as destiny and chance. The frame of the structure-process analysis has some items of reference. The basic factors of the frame include the structural restriction,actor,social interaction,the dynamics and its results. The method emphasizes the restriction coming from the structure and the mobilization of economic behaviour actor. The method may also offers some reference for economic policy establishment.
