摘要
研制的步进电机单步进给特性测试系统采用单片机通过光电编码器对转角进行测量,并把测量的数据传送到上位PC机进行数据处理和结果显示,具有较高的性价比。对系统的结构和工作原理,以及主要软件模块的设计进行了较详细的叙述。
The measurement system for single-step motion characteristics of stepping motor designed uses micro-controller to measure the rotor angle by a photoelectric encoder, and the measured data is transmitted to superior personal computer to be processed and displayed, and its performance-price ratio is higher. The construction and principle of system, and design of major software are described in detail.
