摘要
介绍了一种以MSC1210作为核心器件的多通道、高精度、快速数据采集系统的结构性能及工作原理。该系统通过模拟开关对48路变送器输入的温度、湿度、流量、压力等信号进行采集,采集数据连续可靠,能长时间不间断工作,一次存储满足不小于36 h数据采集量。并可通过串行接口与IBM- PC上位机通信,进行数据转存及数据管理。
Introduced the structure performance and work principle of such a system that centers around MSC1210 and has the multi-channel, high precision and fast data-collection.This system uses analog switch to collect signals such as temperature, humidity, flux, pressure and so on,that derived from 48 path variable transfer.It collects data continuously and reliably,also can work uninterruptedly for a long time. It can store not less than 36 h capacity on time. Meanwhile, it can communicate with IBM - PC by serial interface, finish data transferred and managed.
