摘要
针对目前监测系统的不足,提出一种基于现场总线的分布式监测网络结构。系统划分为多个子系统,子系统采用LIN总线通信,具有相对独立性。各个子系统与主监测器采用FSK音频调制信号一对一通信。当某个子系统发生故障时,其他子系统可以正常工作。介绍了系统通信拓扑结构、硬件设计及关键的软件技术。测试表明:系统具有很高的可靠性,与CAN相比LIN又具有成本优势。在软件中采用数据融合方法对多种类型火灾检测传感器的输出进行处理,提高了火灾检测的可靠性。
Aiming at the shortage of the present monitoring system, a kind of distributed monitoring net structure based on local bus was put forward.The system is partitioned into multi-subsystem. Adopted the LIN Bus communication in subsystem, and the subsystem has relative independence. Adopted the one to one communication of FSK audio frequency modulating signal in the communication of every subsystem and host monitor. When one subsystem has failure, other subsystems can work normally. The topology structure of system communication, the design of hardware and pivotal software technology were introduced. The test indicate that the system has higher reliability. And comparing with CAN,LIN has the cost advantage. Data fusion method was adopted in the software to dispose the output of kinds of fire monitoring sensor,and the reliability of fire monitoring was increased.
