摘要
在环氧树脂 (EP)中加入以对苯二甲酸二甲酯为原料合成的端羟基芳香聚酯及 2, 4 -甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI),采用原位聚合法制备了刚性聚氨酯(PUR)增韧改性EP。用红外光谱表征了其反应,探讨了端羟基芳香聚酯含量、端羟基芳香聚酯与TDI摩尔比和固化剂用量对改性EP力学性能的影响,并用扫描电子显微镜观察了改性EP的冲击断面。结果表明,在提高EP韧性的同时,改性EP的其它力学性能都得以提高。
The modified epoxy resin toughened by rigid polyurethane was prepared by in-situ polymerization through adding hydroxy-terminated aromatic polyester synthesized by dimethyl terephthalate, and 2,4-tolylene diisocyanate(TDI) to epoxy resin . The product was characterized by FTIR. The effects of hydroxy-terminated aromatic polyester content,molar ratio of hydroxy-terminated aromatic polyester to TDI, and curing agent content on the mechanical properties of epoxy resin were studied. The impact fractures of modified epoxy resin were observed by SEM. The results showed that the other mechanical properties of modified epoxy resin could be improved while the toughness of epoxy resin was increased.
