摘要
运用相关理论和塑料充型凝固有限元模拟软件Moldflow对玻璃纤维增强尼龙 66进气歧管的熔模型芯法成型工艺进行充填流动过程数值模拟,在分析、比较了多组工艺参数方案 (即不同的注射温度、模具温度和充填时间)的数值模拟结果后,得到了优化的成型工艺参数,即注射温度为 290℃、充填时间为 3. 9s、模具温度为 80℃。
The flowing numerical simulation of the lost core injection technology of nylon 66/glass fiber(PA66/GF) intake manifold was done by using relative theory and Moldflow software. The optimum parameters of injection temperature, mould temperature and injection time were obtained by analyzing and contrasting the different simulation results, i.e. injection temperature was 290℃, injection time was 3.9 s, and mould temperature was 80℃.
