摘要
分析了尼龙(PA)12管材的生产工艺流程和连续生产线,探讨了挤出温度和挤出速度对管材性能的影响,测试了PA12管材的性能。采用此法生产PA12管材自动化程度较高,不仅可提高生产效率,而且可保持管材尺寸的稳定性,并降低劳动强度。
The technological process and continuous production line of nylon( PA) 12 tube was analyzed. The influence of extruding temperature and speed on product property was discussed. The property of PA12 tube was detected. The high automatic production line could not only promote production efficiency,but also keep the dimensions steady and lower the labor intensity.
