摘要
等效串联内阻(ESR)是超级电容器的主要电气参数之一,是影响超级电容性能的一个重要因素,准确测量 ESR 对研究超级电容器的特性和应用具有重要意义。测量 ESR 的主要方法有利用放电电压的跃变计算 ESR、恒流充电法和时间常数法。本研究在对超级电容器等效模型进行分析和简化的基础上,利用超级电容器 RC 滤波电路的电压纹波计算出 ESR,经过仿真比较,该方法方便准确。
ESR(equivalent series resistance) is one of the main electrical parameters of a supercapacitor and a nec- essary factor must be considered in supercapacitor re- search. It is very helpful in explaining of some phenom- ena of supercapacitor. One of the measurement methods focuses on voltage jump-down in its discharging process, then ESR can be calculated by the voltage jump-down and the current of the circuit. ESR can also be measured through charging supercapacitor by an AC constant cur- rent source. The third method is time constant and the last one is constant-current charging method. A simple me- thod of ESR calculation is suggested. After analyzing and simplifying the equivalent model of a supercapacitor, ESR can be gained from the ripple voltage of superca- pacitor RC filter circuit. The result has been compared by simulation and proved that the method is convenient and exact.
