摘要
给出了面向信号的自动测试系统软件结构,重点阐述了 IVI驱动和面向信号的类ATLAS测试程序接口函数的设计,实现了测试程序与硬件无关。描述了测试程序开发环境、运行环境。
The software architecture of ATS of sig- nal-oriented is presented. The design of IVI driver and test program interface function based on signal-oriented are discussed emphatically. TPS designed on kernel of this platform can be independence of hardware of ATS. The environment for developing and executing test pro- gram is also described.
