含氟含磷废水处理工艺的设计与运行 被引量:5

摘要 采用石灰中和沉淀的方法处理含氟、含磷酸根的酸性废水,控制废水的反应pH分别为8.5和11.0,并加入过量的强电解质氯化钙,使氟离子和磷酸根离子分别沉淀。再使沉淀物与废水分离,达到去除含酸废水中的氟离子和磷酸根离子的目的,最后采用稀盐酸中和,使得含氟、磷酸根离子废水经过处理后达标排放。该工艺流程简单、设备效率高、操作简便,具有良好的环境效益。 Wastewater containing fluoride and phosphate has been treated by lime t o neutralize and deposit. Controlled the pH of reaction wastewater at pH 8.5 an d 11.0 respectively and add excessive strength electrolyte-CaCl2. Make the fluor ide and phosphate deposit respectively and then separate the deposition from was tewater. Therefore wipe off fluoride and phosphate from the acid wastewater. Ado pt hydrochloric acid to neutralize it finally. These could make the effluent mee t the national discharge standard. The technology has advantages such as simple flow, high-efficient equipment, convenient operation and high-automatization. Th e technology has better environmental benefits.
