摘要
采用正交设计法研究了磷、硅在酸性钼酸铵和混合还原剂中的最佳显色条件,建立了多波长紫外可见光度法同时测定磷、硅的方法。试验中采集多个波长下的吸光度构成校正矩阵,用偏最小二乘法对该矩阵进行解析,得出了校正模型。该模型与通过主成分回归法得到的模型相比,预测结果更准确。
The reaction-conditions of the formation of heteropolyacids of phosphate and silicate with acidic molybdate solution and of their reduction to form molybdenum blue with ascorbic acid were optimized by the method of orthogonal experimental design. Under the optimized conditions, the simultaneous determination of phosphate and silicate was carried out by the multiwavelength UV-spectrophotometry, with calibration by PLS method. The matrix was formed by the date of absorbances at different wavelengths, and was analyzed by the PLS method. The model of calibration obtained by this method was found to be better in accuracy than the model obtained by the principle component regression method.
