摘要
在pH1.0的HCl-KCl和Tween80胶束介质中,研究了1-亚硝基-2-萘酚(NN)与Fe(Ⅲ)的显色反应。建立了胶束光度法测定微量Fe(Ⅲ)的新方法。结果表明,Fe(Ⅲ)-NN(pH1.0)的吸收峰在445nm;摩尔吸光系数为1.68×104L·mol-1·cm-1;检出限为0.025mg·L-1;有色溶液的吸光度与Fe(Ⅲ)量在0.5-2.5mg·L-1范围内符合比耳定律,加标回收率为97.8%-104.3%(n=6)。
In a buffer medium of HC1-KC1 (pH 1.0) and presence of the nonionic surfactant-Tween 80, a coordination complex is formed between ferric iron and l-nitroso-2-naphthol (NN) , having the absorption maxima at 445 nm and apparent molar absorptivity of 1. 68×104 L·mol-1·cm-1. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0. 5-2. 5 mg of Fe(Ⅲ) per liter of solution, with a detection limit of 0. 025 mg·L-1. Recoveries were in the range of 97.8% to 104.3%.
