This paper fixes mainly on the legal research idiology.It is acknowledged that the method employed researching on law science is crutial.It gives the brief views on the economic-approach of law in a wide range of respects as a necessity,covering the progress made overseas and at home,technical impediment and the trends of its development.It also points out that economic-approach of law serves not only as an economic theory but also a legal one.As a legal theory,the stress of maximization of wealth-law's core values shall be placed upon laws.As a legal-appproach,it avails itself of economic theory and practice to diverse fields of legal study,thus extends the scope of legal study,and affords it with new methods.
