在当代激烈的市场经济中,企业要想在市场中生存、发展并占据一席之地,就必须具有竞争能力,而衡量企业竞争能力的一个重要指标就是技术创新。企业从事技术创新,必然要投入大量的人力、物力和财力。这就需要一种制度来保护企业的技术创新,增强企业技术创新的动力,使企业技术创新处于一种良性循环状态中。这种制度就是专利权制度。

In the current fierce market competition, an enterprise must have sufficient competitive power to survive, develop and even win a position in it. An important index to measure that competitive power is technological innovation, which require enterprises' enormous investment of labor, resource and money. This can be only achieved through the establishment of certain system that enables enterprises to generate technological innovation and make it in a state of good cycle. It is the Patent Right System.
