摘要
目的探索紫外线局部照射治疗糖尿病足的疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,均给予糖尿病综合治疗,局部应用生理盐水、胰岛素、庆大霉素湿敷,定期换药。治疗组加用紫外线局部照射。结果 治疗组的治愈率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),创面的愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论紫外线局部照射治疗糖尿病足有较好的疗效,该疗法简单、安全、有效,具有临床推广应用价值。
Objective To investigate the curative effects of ultraviolet radiation for diabetic foot. Methods Sixty cases were randomly divided into two groups: control group and test group( n =20 each). Both groups received the complex treatment for diabetes. Local wet dressing by gauze soaked with normal saline, insulin, and gentamycin. Change dressing regularly. Topical ultraviolet radiation was given to test group simultaneously. Results The curative ratio of the test group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The healing time of wound surface in the test group was short than that in the control group (P < 0.01). Conclusion The curative effect of local ultraviolet radiation for diabetic foot is obviously. This therapeutic method is simple, safe, and effective, and is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
