Preparation of High-efficient Activated Clay Using Xingtai's Ca-Bentonite as Raw Materials

摘要 采用湿法活化工艺对河北邢台低品位钙基膨润土直接制备活性白土进行了试验研究,并对活性白土质量指标影响较大的因素如硫酸浓度、活化温度、活化时间等进行了优化选择,确定了制备活性白土的最佳工艺条件,成功地制备了脱色率大于98%,活性度为220~225的高效活性白土. The activated clay was prepared from the Hebei Xingtai's low-grade Ca-bentonite by use ofthe wet activation technology. The factors which have major influence on quality performance ofproducts,such as H_2SO_4 concentration,activation temperature,activation time were optimized. At the same time,the optimal technological conditions for preparing activated clay were determined. The high-efficient activated clay having higher decolorizing rate(>98%) and higher lime activity(220~250) is successfully produced.
