摘要
提出了一种非线性动态投入产出优化模型来计算水资源的影子价格,给出了中国水资源影子价格计算模型的计算方法和求解过程,并应用1999年中国33部门9大流域水利投入占用产出表的基础数据推算1949～2050年重要年份的水资源影子价格。
A nonlinear dynamic input-output optimization model is put forward to calculate shadow price of water resources. The computational methods and their solution procedure for Chinese water resources are also given. By use of the data collected from 9 river basins in China in 1999, shadow prices of water resources for some particular years during 1949～2050 are calculated.
