健骨愈疏汤治疗原发性骨质疏松症临床观察

THE TREATMENT OF PRIMARY OSTEOPOROSIS BY " JIANGU YUSHU TANG": A Clinical Observation

为验证健骨愈疏汤治疗原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。选择肾气虚型骨质疏松病人95例,按就诊顺序分为两组,治疗组63例,口服健骨愈疏汤,对照组32例口服盖天力和性激素,治疗前后进行安全性观测及跟骨骨密度测定,并观察临床症状和体征的改善情况。结果显示治疗组骨密度定量测定有明显提高,疼痛症状改善明显,两组总疗效统计结果显示,治疗组总有效率为92.66％;对照组为71.88％。经x2检验,P<0.01,说明有非常显著差异,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。表明健骨愈疏汤能有效缓解原发性骨质疏松的临床症状,提高骨密度。

The objective of the paper is to verify the clinical therapeutic effect of 'JIANGU YUSHU TANG' (JYT, a TCD decoction preparation) on primary osteoporosis. Ninety-five cases of kidney-Qi-deficiency-typed osteoporosis were divided in the visit order into the treated group (63 cases) and the control group (32 cases), which were treated by JYT and by 'GAI TIAN LI' and sexual hormone, respectively; the safety was surveyed, the calcaneal BMD was measured, and the improvement of the clinical symptoms and signs was observed before and after the treatment. The results showed that the total effective rates of the treated and the control were 92.66% and 71.88%, respectively; and the treated group had an obvious advantage over the control in the therapeutic effect, that is, in the obvious improvement of the BMD quantitative measurement and painful symptoms with a very significant X2-tested difference (P < 0.01), suggesting that JYT could effectively remit the clinical symptoms and improve BMD of primary osteoporosis.
