摘要
20世纪末,日本对“教师资格证书课程”进行了一次新的改革。目前,日本综合大学实施教师资格证书课程面临许多困境,存在很多矛盾和问题。我国的教师教育正处于从封闭制向开放制转型的时期。日本综合大学实施教师资格证书课程遇到的问题,应该引起我国相关部门或机构的注意。“日本现象”引发我们思考:开放制的实质是什么?开放制下大学如何实施教师培养课程?
At the end of the 20 century,Japanese Universities made new reform on the curriculum of teacher certificate of qualification. However,there are a lot of problems and contradictions we should pay more attention to,because the emergence and the forming reason for the problems can provide us some inspiration concerning how to establishing the open teachers' training system in universities in our country.
