在素质教育改革不断推进和“健康第一”指导思想要求下,中小学体育教育必须转变传统教育思想,给学生提供一个适宜的学习环境,关爱每一个学生,协调发展智商、情商、意商,使学生学会做事、学会关心、学会学习、学会生存,德智体美合五育并进。

P.E teaching in elementary-middle school should change traditional teaching thought, offer a suitable study environment, promote IQ, EQ and CQ to every student. The reform of P.E. should be favor to student of their synthetically development.
