高龄肺癌术后呼吸道并发症的原因和防治

Etiology and Treatment of Postoperative Complication in Elder Patients with Lung Cancer

目的 总结 3 2例 65岁以上高龄肺癌患者手术治疗的经验。方法 分析高龄肺癌术后呼吸道并发症的原因和防治方法。结果 本组发生肺不张 4例 ,呼吸衰竭 6例 ,心律失常 16例 ,心功能不全 4例 ,无住院期间死亡病例。结论 严格的围术期管理 。

Objective To summarize the experience in surgical treatment in elder patients aged over 65 years old in 32 cases with lung cancer.Methods The etiology of respiratory complication after operation in the elder patients with lung cancer and the relevant strategy of management were explored.Results In this group,the postoperative mortality was 0/32,There were 6 cases complicative with respiratory failure,4 with atelectasis,16 with arrhythmia,and 4 with cardiac failure. Conclusions Strict perioperation manage,reasonable and in time using breathing-machine was key to successful operation.
