摘要
介绍 2 3 5 -2 5 2 0PR超加深花纹无内胎工程机械轮胎的设计情况。结构设计 :轮胎外直径 1672mm ,轮胎断面宽 5 3 0mm ,胎圈着合宽度 495mm(与轮辋过盈配合 ) ,行驶面宽度 480mm ,胎肩切线与地面垂线夹角 12° ,花纹深度为 78 5mm、饱和度为 70 2 5 % ;施工设计 :采用卸鼓肩式成型机头 ,胎面采用三方九块缠绕方法成型 ,胎体帘布采用 10层 1870dtex/2锦纶帘布 ,缓冲层采用 4层 93 0dtex/2V3锦纶帘布 ,胎圈采用 12× 13双钢丝圈结构。成品轮胎室内试验表明轮胎充气外缘尺寸符合TRA标准和设计要求 ,且性能良好。
A design of 23.5-25 20PR tubeless OTR tire with super deep tread patterns is des-cribed.In structure design,the following parameters are taken:overall diameter 1 672 mm,cross-sectional width 530 mm,bead width at rim seat 495 mm (interference fit to rim),width of running surface 480 mm,angle between tangent to shoulder and normal to ground 12°,pattern depth 78.5 mm,block/groove ratio 70.25%;in construction design,the following processes are taken:dismountable shoulder for building drum,three formulas and nine pieces winding process for tread application,10 layers 1870dtex/2 nylon cord for carcass ply,4 layers 930dtex/2V 3 nylon cord for breaker ply,and 12×13 double bead wire ring for bead structure.It is confirmed by the in-door test of finished tire that the overall diameter of inflated tire meets the requirements of the TRA standard and the design,and the performance of test tire is very good.
