以氨基碳酸胍和甲酸为原料 ,一步合成曲匹地尔的中间体 3 氨基 1,2 ,4 三氮唑。该产物可直接进行下步反应 ,该合成方法所用试剂易得 ,解决了后处理困难、环境污染等问题 ,整个反应条件温和 ,成本较低 ,收率达 6 1% ,适合工业化生产。

Amino-1,2,4-triazole was synthesized in one step with amino-guannidine carbonate and formic acid in order to avoid separation for the next step.The improved synthesis solved the existing problems in the previous method,including high cost,environment pollution,operation difficulties.The total yield of the new route is 61%.
