万家寨引黄工程太原供水区地下水资源保护

Protection of groundwater resources in Taiyuan water supply area of Wanjiazhai Yellow River Diversion Project

在分析万家寨引黄工程太原供水区地下水开发利用现状的基础上,指出地下水超采引起的环境水文地质问题有:泉水断流;区域地下水水位下降并形成大面积降落漏斗,含水层疏干或产水量减少;由于地下水水位下降,导致地下水水质污染加重及地面沉降。提出应对供水区地下水资源加强保护,防止污染;压缩超采,划定禁采区和限采区;建立监测与管理信息系统,利用经济杠杆,全面节流,优化调配,逐步实现引黄水和本地水资源的联合运用。

On the basis of analyzing the current situation of groundwater development and utilization in Taiyuan water supply area of Wanjiazhai YRDP(Yellow River Diversio Project), a series of environmental hydrogeologic problems caused by over-exploitation of the groundwater are revealed. It is proposed to strengthen the protection of groundwater resources, to prevent pollution, to reduce over-exploitation, to plot out areas with or without exploitation permission, and to establish a monitoring and management system. Through rational regulation of groundwater resources of water supply area, connection between Yellow River Diversion water and local water resources is established.
