穿透性角膜移植对角膜屈光的影响及其控制
摘要
本文分析了穿透性角膜移植术(PKP)中植片植床制作、缝合方法等操作对术后角膜屈光状态的影响,阐述并比较分析了术后存在屈光不正的各种处理方法,证明术后调整缝线、手术等方法能有效降低PKP后的屈光不正,使患者视力得到更好的矫正与恢复。
