摘要
国有企业经营者行为异化已造成国有资产的大量流失,严重影响国有企业的发展,成为国有企业改革中需要解决的重大问题之一。国有企业经营者行为异化的原因主要在于委托-代理关系的矛盾、经营者人力资本保护性安排的缺失、经营者角色错位和权力异化。因此,治理经营者行为异化应解决委托-代理关系引起的目标异化,使国有资产所有者代表明晰化。
Executive behavioral alienation in the state-owned enterprises has resulted in great losses of the state property. This has affected the development of the state-owned enterprises and become one of vital issues to be solved in reforming the state-owned enterprises. The behavioral alienation of executives in the state-owned enterprises is mainly caused by the contradictions in the principal-agent relationship, the flaws of protective arrangements for human capital, and the disposition of role and the alienation of power of executives.. Governing executive behavioral alienation, therefore, calls for the settlement of objective alienation caused by improper principal-agent relationship, the perspicuity of state-owned property proprietor, and the construction of effective incentive mechanism.
