多脉冲复合射孔技术试验研究

Investigation on a Multi-pulses Composite Perforating Technique

提出了一种新型装药结构的复合射孔器 ,进行了地面 6 m混凝土靶试验和压力 -时间曲线 (p - t曲线 )测试。结果表明 ,多脉冲复合射孔器的有效作用时间比常规一体式复合射孔器延长 5倍 ,延缝效果大幅度增加。油井应用效果良好。

The multiple-pulses composite perforating technique is a new practical stimulation perforating tools for oil wells.Two kinds of propellant charge are installed in interior of perforating gun.The perforating gun open successfully 6m concrete column prepared. Pressure-time curve obtained at same time shows that the effective fracturing time 5 times longer than traditional technique.Two examples are given to show the stimulating effect achieved by this new technique.
