摘要
为揭示五脉山黧豆根茎无性繁育规律,进行了人工切段不同长度根茎移栽与成苗率和生物量关系的研究。结果表明,盆栽条件下,移栽根茎长度由1cm增加到5cm,成苗率不但由8.0%增加到84.0%,而且显著地提高了成苗势,生根粉有进一步明显增加成苗率和成苗势作用;春天田间干旱条件下,移栽根茎长度在5~20cm时,虽然成苗率主要受覆土深度的影响,而与根茎长短无关,但移栽根茎长度与地上地下各组分生物量间存在着显著的直线正相关关系;由不同生境条件下极其明显的地上地下生物量和形态变化,表明了对适宜环境生长的可塑性响应。
An experiment was conducted to reveal the rule of agamogenesis of Lathyrus quinquenervius. The rhizomes were cut manually.The results show that: with the increase of potplanting rhizome length from 1 cm to 5 cm, seedling percentage increases from 8.0% to 84.0%, while seedling energy is enhanced obviously; Rhizogenic powder can further elevate seedling percentage and seedling energy evidently. When the transplanting rhizome length of Lathyrus quinquenervius is between 5 cm and 20 cm in spring arid field, seedling percentage is influenced mainly by the depth of soil mantle, however not concerned with the rhizome length. Aapparent linear positive pertinence exists between the transplanting rhizome length and the biomass of both aboveground and underground parts; the most evidence changes about aboveground and underground biomass and morpha in different habitat indicate the plasticity response of growth to compatible environment.
