摘要
目的调查PTCA患者对疾病相关知识的需求,有针对性地对患者进行心理健康教育,预防心理危机产生。方法采用自制调查问卷对心内科102例实施PTCA的患者进行了调查和分析。结果找出了患者对疾病相关知识的需求和心理健康教育的方法。结论根据患者的需求,采用正确的护理干预手段,通过不同时期的健康教育,制定出各种疾病的适合个体化的健康教育计划,提供不同层次患者健康教育与咨询服务,有效地提高患者的满意度,从而达到预防疾病,促进早日康复,提高生活质量的目的。
Objective To investigate the needs for disease-related knowledge and favorable health education channels among patients undergoing percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA). Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 102 patients undergoing PTCA, 56 males and 46 females, aged 49.6±13.6 (25~81), 55 (53.92%) being of the educational level of senior middle school and over. Results The foremost concerns included recovery after operation, procedure and duration of PCTA, intraoperative pain, dietary, post-operative medication, and cost before the operation is performed; pain at the puncture point, complications, bed rest time, evacuation, and dietary when the patients were hospitalized; and dietary, subsequent visit, emergency treatment, tolerable intensity of activity, and continuous treatment after PCTA was completed. The most favorable health education channels included lecture and demonstration of medical workers, wall newspapers in ward corridor, brochures, experience exchange among fellow patients, and multi-media demionstration. Conclusion PCTA patients have different needs for related knowledge during different periods. Lecture and demonstration of medical workers, wall newspaper, and brochure are effective communication channels for health education for PTCA patients.
