明书判体公案小说集之间的相互关系及文体演变

A Study of the Interrelations of Lawsuit Fiction Collections in Ming Dynasty and the Development of Their Styles

明书判体公案小说集很值得注意。但它们的编刊年代大多不明,因此难以确定它们之间的关系。本文就这一问题作了探讨。根据成书时间和撰述情况,《诸司公案》标榜为《廉明公案》的续书,而《明镜公案》又标榜为《廉明公案》和《诸司公案》的续书,因而它们之间的关系也较为简单。通过文字比勘,《详刑公案》应当是《律条公案》和《详情公案》的源头,《律条公案》和《详情公案》很可能都是根据《详刑公案》各自改编而成,只是《详情公案》比《律条公案》与《详刑公案》更接近。在此基础上,本文还讨论了这批书判体公案小说的文体特征,分析了它们在公案小说史上的地位和影响。

According to the publishing dates and contents of the six collections of lawsuit fiction in Ming Dynasty, it is simply clear that Zhusi Lawsuit is the sequel of Lianming Lawsuit, while both of them are prior to Mingjing Lawsuit. For the rest, based on a textual analysis, Xiangxing Lawsuit ought to be the source of Lütiao Lawsuit and Xiangqing Lawsuit, yet Xiangqing Lawsuit is closer to Xiangxing Lawsuit than Lütiao Lawsuit is. In addition, this paper also discusses the stylistic features of these six collections and their position and influence in the history of Chinese lawsuit fiction.
