摘要
在分析航空企业风险管理实践经验与理论进展的基础上,提出了基于项目的航空企业集成风险管理新理念;在系统设计中引入模块化思想,利用解释结构模型建立了该系统的分解结构;基于多智能体建模技术集成六种核心要素,提出了基于项目的航空企业集成风险管理模块化体系,并强调了风险管理战略、组织、方法、信息、文化和过程诸要素的优化融合。
With analysis of risk management practices and theories of aviation enterprises, the new ideology of Aviation Enterprise Integrated Risk Management (AEIRM) based on projects was proposed. Modularization methodology was introduced in its system designing. With the help of Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) decomposition structure of the system was constructed. Six core factors were integrated based on Multi-Agent modeling technique. In addition project-based modularization system of AEIRM was formed, which emphasized optimized colligation of risk management strategy, organization, method, information, culture and process.
