摘要
首先制备镉离子的LB单层膜,将硫化氢气体通入LB膜,并与之反应生成硫化镉纳米微粒,再与氯金酸发生氧化还原反应,形成金纳米粒子二维结构.AFM表征显示,所生成的金纳米粒子是单层结构,粒径为10nm左右.XPS结果表明,硫化镉与氯金酸反应生成单质金的二维纳米结构.
The preparation includes three major steps: First, Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) film constructed on mica from monolayer of behenic acid on subphase containing Cd^(2+); Second, the film reacted to H_(2)S gas to form CdS nanoparticles, Third, the film reacted to HAuCl_(4), resulting in formation of the 2D structure of Au nanoparticles. Atomic force microscopy(AFM) image indicated Au nanoparticles monolayer was formed and the average size was about 10 nm and XPS showed the formation of Au nanoparticles.
