摘要 采用数值模拟的方法研究了旋流燃烧室中旋流数对NO排放的影响,其中湍流采用修正的k ε模型,燃烧采用EBU Arrhenius模型,NO的生成包括热力NO和瞬发NO,采用设定的PDF模型.计算结果表明,随着入口旋流数的增加,旋流燃烧室中的高温区移向入口,火焰长度缩短,宽度增大;NO排放量先增加,后减小.因此,适当调整燃烧室的旋流数可以降低NO排放. Numerical simulation is adopted to study the effect of swirl number on NO emission in swirl combustor.In numerical calculation the revised k-ε turbulent model and EBU-Arrhenius turbulent combustion model are taken into account.In the NO chemical model,the chemical reaction rates for thermal and prompt NO are statistically averaged using a certain probability density function.Numerical calculation results show that the maximum temperature regions will shift ahead to the inlet,flame length will decrease and flame width will increase with the increase of swirl number while the NO emission will first increase,then decrease with the increase of swirl number.Therefore by regulating swirl number of combustor NO emission caw be reduced.
