Expounds the particularity of the plugging up of the leakage of pipeline and barrel-shaped equipment under pressure and temperature. Calculates the actual operating pressure of the manual hydraulic pressure pump, based on real-time data at the execution of leakage plugging up under pressure, to avoid pipeline disablement and rupture because of the overpressure of the injecting glue in the course of actual leakage plugging up. Reinforcing ring is used to improve the anti-crushing strength of the pipeline and barrel-shaped equipment.
