摘要
目的观察环丙沙星对弹烧复合伤海水浸泡动物细菌学特性的影响,验证所筛选的战伤一线救治药物的实际救治效果。方法成功建立弹烧复合伤海水浸泡模型后,将14只成年杂种犬随机分为弹烧复合伤海水浸泡组(浸泡组,8只)和弹烧复合伤海水浸泡环丙沙星治疗组(治疗组,6只)。伤后即刻、4、7、10、20、28h 共6个时相点抽取静脉血进行血细菌培养;浸泡后各时相点距伤道1.5cm 微穿刺针取肌组织行细菌培养计数。结果浸泡组伤后血细菌计数及局部伤道组织细菌计数均呈进行性增多,伤后动物感染呈现进行性加重趋势;采用环丙沙星治疗后,有效地改善了动物菌血症状况及局部伤道组织感染状况。结论早期足量应用环丙沙星不仅可以有助于预防菌血症发生,还有助于防治局部火器伤感染,为局部创面的进一步治疗,争取了时间,创造了条件。
Objective To observe the changes of bacteriology after ciprofloxacin treatment of projectile-bum cambined injury in dog with seawater immersion.Methods Created model of projectile-burn combined wound in dogs with seawater immersion,fourteen dogs were ramdomly divided into two groups:projectile-burn combined wound with seawater immersion (immersion group).Treatment with ciprafloxacin after projectile-barn combined injury in dog with seawater immersion(treatment group).Blood sample were taken for bacterial curfure imme- diately after injury,4,7,10,20,28 hrs.Small pieces of mascle tissue samples were taken for bacterial cucture after immersion(samples taken from 1.5 cm points distance from local wound tract).Results The bacteria in blood and in the local wound tract increased progressively, and the infection of the animals was aggravated progressively after injury in the immersion group,after treatment with ciprofloxacin,bacteremia and the infection status of the local wound tract improved.Conclusion Early and enough ciprofloxacin is helpful to not only preventing bect- eremia,but also prevent and treat local firearm wound infection,which prolongs occurrence of infection and creats condition for the further treatment of local wound.
