心脏贯通伤的救治分析——附28例报告

Rescues Analysis of the Penetrating Wouads Of the Heart(28 Cases Reported)

目的探讨心脏贯通伤的诊断和抢救过程。方法回顾性分析近年来我院收治的28例心脏贯通伤的伤情、诊断和救治过程。结果抢救成功25例,死亡3例,成功率89.3%。1例外伤性室间隔缺损伤后1月经体外循环修补痊愈,其他均无并发症。结论心脏贯通伤虽然来势凶猛,如果正确的诊断,积极抗休克治疗,及时开胸探查,抢救成功率是极很高的。

Objective This article discussed the diagnosis and rescues method of penetrating wound of the heart.Methods 28 cases of penetrating wound of heart injuried condition,diagnosis and rescues process were retrospectively analysed.Results 25 cases were successful- ly rescued,successful rate 89.3%.Death 3 cases.1 case developed wounded VSD(Ventricular Septal Defect) one month later,repaired by extracorporal circulation.No complication occurred in other cases.Conclusion Although the penetrating wound of heart was dangerous,if di- agnosis was accurated anti-shock performed on proper time operation performed on proper condition,the rescues successful rate was very high.
