Repairing Soft Tissue Defects of Hands in Emergency with Free Skin Flaps

目的 :分析研究游离皮瓣急诊移植修复手部严重组织缺损的临床效果。方法 :应用 5种类型的游离皮瓣急诊移植修复手部严重组织缺损 4 1例 ,皮瓣类型有胸脐皮瓣 12例 ,股外侧皮瓣 6例 ,足底内侧皮瓣 10例 ,足背复合皮瓣 12例 ,组合皮瓣 12例。结果 :有 1例皮瓣部分坏死 ,其余例皮瓣均全部成活 ,修复效果良好。结论 :游离皮瓣急诊修复手部严重组织缺损 ,皮瓣色泽、质地良好 ,效果满意。

Objective: To summarize and analyze the effect of repairing the soft tissue serious defect of hands with transplantation free flaps in emergency. Methods: Five different kinds of flaps were transplantated for 41 cases of soft tissue serious defects of hands in emergency. These types included thoracoumbilicus flaps (12 cases), the lateral femoral flaps (6 cases), the medial plantar flaps (10 cases), the flaps of the dorsum of the foot (12 cases) and the combinative flaps (2 cases). Results: Only 1 case of 41 transplantations partially survived, and the other 40 cases completely survived. The effect of repairing was good. Conclusion: Repairing skin tissue serious defect of hand with transplantated free flap has some advantages in emergency, and the color or texture of flap after transplantation was excellent.
