The sports activity in winter in the North must adapt to the development of the times . Under the restraint of the society at present, it appears the phenomenon of shrinking in traditional winter sports of the North of our country. Combining the region characteristic of the northern area and to developing ice and snow sports of community ,it will strengthen the quality of ice and snow spirit further in the northern society. Thus, it will promote development of the consumer market of ice and snow sports fastly.
