摘要
当我国电子商务的基本环境逐渐成熟之后,电子商务发展的主要障碍已不再是外部环境所造成的,更多表现在企业内部,如经营战略、技术和管理水平以及对新环境下电子商务的重新认识等方面。而这些问题要比早期制约电子商务发展的各项难题更加难以解决,需要各个方面较长时期的努力和改进。可以说这些问题已成为制约电子商务发展的主要因素。
After the basic environment of e-commerce of our country is ripe gradually, the main obstacle of e-commerce develops is no longer caused by external environment condition, More behavior is inside enterprises , such as management strategy , technology and management level , and in the new environment the recog-nization of e-commerce etc. These problems are more difficult to solve than to restrict every difficult problem that e-commerce develops in early days, It need all respects efforts and improvement over a long time. We can say that these questions have already become main factors of restricting e-commerce development.
