摘要
该文从人力资源的概念出发 ,通过对高校图书馆人力资源现状的分析 ,认为人力资源开发是高校图书馆发展的核心 ,人力资源管理要以知识管理为指导思想、知识服务为实施目标。从创新图书馆组织模式、挖掘知识型馆员的潜力、创新人力资源管理氛围三个方面阐述了高校图书馆人力资源管理的创新。
By the analysis of the current human resource situation of universit y library in the idea of human resource, the paper stated the exploitation of human res ource is the core to develop university library and the human resource managemen t should follow the idea of knowledge management and the goal of knowledge servi ce. University library may innovate the management of human resource by innovati ng library organization model, developing knowledgeable librarian and renewing a tmosphere of human resource management.
