摘要
利用蛋白质含量不同的大豆基因型以同源(相同基因型)和异源(不同基因型)相互嫁接的方式研究了嫁接当代接穗(Scion)和砧木(Stock)籽粒蛋白质含量的变化。接穗和砧木的籽粒蛋白质含量不完全由接穗和砧木自身基因型控制,而是受着两者的共同作用。接穗籽粒蛋白质含量随砧木基因型蛋白质含量高或低而提高或下降,反过来砧木的籽粒蛋白质含量又受接穗的影响下降或提高。
Autograf ting and heterograf ting were made to determine the changes of seed protein contents in the stock and the scion by grafting four soybean genotypes. The seed protein contents of the stock or of the scion were not completely controlled by stock or scion itself, but effected by their interaction. The increase or decrease of percent protein in the scion was influencad by the stock genotype,and in turn, that in the stock was also effected by the scion.
