A Review of CIGRE ' 2004 on Protection and Automation

首先介绍了CIGRE SC-B5的研究领域、工作组、技术报告和年度会议安排等情况。变电站自动化、故障和扰动数据分析、距离保护、IEC 61850的引入、信息技术的应用、辅助软件工具等成为2003年、2004年SC-B5会议的中心议题。文中对相关主题的会议讨论情况进行了报道,并结合作者所在单位在相关领域的研究,阐述了个人的观点。

The research scope, working groups, technical reports and annual meeting arrangement of CIGRE SC-B5 are introduced first in this paper. Substation automation, fault and disturbance data analysis, distance relay, introduction of IEC 61850, application of information technology, software aids/tools are the preferential subjects of SC-B5 for 2003 and 2004 sessions. This paper focuses on the debate about these subjects during the sessions. Based on the research work ongoing in the unit that the author comes from, comments on the same issues are also given.
