传统的汽车冲压件成形工艺已经不能满足目前国内外车身制造的要求,一些有条件的企业开始广泛研究和开发板材成形新技术,并尝试在有限批量的生产中采用更多样的工艺和材料,而在结构件中则开始更多地采用非传统工艺。介绍了液力拉深、内高压成形和热成形等几种新工艺在汽车冲压件成形中的应用。

The traditional forming technology for car stamping part did not meet the requirements for car bodywork manufacture at home and abroad,some enterprises begin to research and develop the new forming technique and technology of steel sheet in many fields,try to use various technologies and materials in the limited batch production,and use more non-traditional technologies in the structural part manufacture.This paper mainly introduces the applications of several new techniques of inner high pressure forming,hydraulic drawing and hot forming in automotive stamping parts forming operations.
