摘要
研究了双酚硫化体系的硫化剂双酚AF和促进剂BPP的变量对氟橡胶硫化特性和物理性能的影响。结果表明,双酚AF用量增加,焦烧时间延长,转矩增大,正硫化时间延长,压缩永久变形减小,硬度、拉伸强度增大,撕裂强度、扯断伸长率减小,热老化后的硬度变化、拉伸强度变化率会增大,伸长率的变化率减小;BPP用量增大,焦烧时间缩短,转矩不变,正硫化时间缩短,压缩永久变形增大,对硬度、伸长率、拉伸强度和撕裂强度的影响轻微。通过调整双酚AF和BPP的用量和配比,能够有效的缩短正硫化时间,提高生产效率,改善胶料的物理性能。
This paper presents researches that AF and BPP's variables have impacts on F-rubber's sulfuration and physics properties.The results have shown that increase of AF volume will result in extend of burning time,torque increase,extend of positive sulfuration time,compression set decrease,increase of hardness and tensile strength,decrease of tear strength and EL,change rate increase of tensile strength and hardness change after heat aging treatment,change rate decrease of EL.The increase of BPP will result in shorten time of burning,steady torque,decrease of positive sulfuration time,increase of compression set,and slight impacts on hardness,EL,TS and tear strength.Through adjustment and match of AF and BPP,the positive sulfuration time can be shorten,the production efficiency is increased and rubber stuff properties is improved.
