摘要
利用一种新型吸收剂(FBDO)治理有机废气.考察了风量、FBDO喷淋量、液气比和吸收温度等因素对吸收效果的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件.实验结果表明,采用FBDO新型吸收剂可以有效解决乙酸丁酯、丁酮等新污染物治理问题,实现达标排放.
The treatment of organic waste gases with FBDO absorbent was studied in this paper for the first time. We systematically investigated the influence of operational variables on absorption efficiency, such as the gas flow velocity, the liquid volume of FBDO, ratio of volume of liquid to gas and the absorption temperature. And we established the optimal operation conditions. The results of experimental research indicate that FBDO can absorb organic waste gases very well.
