摘要
本文依据水力学原理,通过对φ1.0—φ8.0mm塑料管水力性能的测试分析,得出了计算塑料微管水头损失的经验公式。测试分析结果还表明,在层流区,实测沿程阻力系数λ较Kagman-Poiseuille公式计算值偏大;在光滑紊流区,实测λ与Karman—Prandtl公式计算值接近;绕曲微管较平直铺放微管水头损失大得多。
In this paper, an empirical formula for calculating the head loss in plastic microtube is obtained by measuring and analysing the hydraulic performances of plastic microtubes having diameters ranging from 1.0 to 8.0mm based on the principle of hydraulics. The results of measurement and analysis also indicate that the measured coefficient A of hydraulic resistance is higher than that of value calculated by the Hagen-Poiseuille formula in case of laminar flow; the measured A nearly equals the value calculated by the Karman-Prandtl formula in case of smooth turbulent flow; the head loss in winded microtube is much higher than that in straight microtube.
