乐滩水电站厂房清水混凝土施工技术

摘要 论述了乐滩水电站工程中强度等级清水混凝土的施工技术,通过采用半悬臂式大块钢模板、牛腿外支撑模板、旧钢模板内贴竹胶板和定型角模等先进模板工艺,以及优化混凝土配合比、改善混凝土的和易性、加强混凝土浇筑现场管理等措施,较好地解决了中强度等级清水混凝土的质量保证问题,使清水混凝土表面平整光滑,色泽趋于均匀,内实外美,基本达到了设计要求的自然装饰效果,取得了良好的经济、社会效益,具有广阔的推广价值。 Discusses the construction technology of super quality concrete of moderate strength in Letan project, in which the advanced formwork is adopted, such as semi-cantilever big form, bracket external support form, old form lined with bamboo plywood, and type angle form, and so on, together with measures like optimizing the concrete design, improving the concrete workability, and management of grouting site, etc. This greatly assures the grouting quality by producing the concrete structure with smooth surfaces and uniform color, and more important than the good appearance is the solid structure body. This kind of concrete structure need no further finishing. It is worthy of popularization thanks to its good economic and social benefits.
